Admin Module
Manage the Publish and Revert functions of the Datasite, plus email accounts, domains and subdomains, and view extensive site statistics.

The Admin Module allows you to manage the aspects of your site that aren't directly related to the way pages look and act. It contains the Publish and Revert functions, as well as management of email domains and accounts, web domains (www.yoursite.com) and subdomains (cool.yoursite.com), and site statistics.

This area may be password protected when you are working in a collaborative environment, to prevent unauthorized people from publishing the site and accessing the other functions. Simply click on the Change Password link and enter your new password twice in the areas provided. If you want to change your password, enter the old password in the Old Password area first.

Using the Publish feature is quite simple - once you have made changes to the Staging site, the Publish icon will appear at the top of all main pages. Click on the icon, or you can go to the Admin Module and click on Publish Changes, and review the listed changes. If you are happy with all changes, click OK and your changes will be published to the Live site. Remember that publish cannot be undone.

Changes made to Publishable Arrays data may be published separately and/or individually, either from the Publish page or from the main page of that PA. You may also exclude PA data from publish by selecting the Bypass Publish radio button on the Publish page before you publish. In addition, you can revert all changes to a PA's data by clicking the Revert All radio button before you publish.

You may also publish or revert individual records in a PA data by clicking on List to the right of the PA's name on the Publish page, or by clicking on the Publish Changes link at the top of the Data Management page of that particular PA.

If you have not published your changes, you can revert all changes to the Staging site by going to the Admin module and clicking on Revert, then OK. Revert cannot be undone.

The next three help screens deal with different functions in the Admin Module - Email management, site statistics, and domain/subdomain management.
